Where do international customers checkout?

International customers can check-out by clicking the International Checkout button located half-way down the checkout page.

I am an international customer. What are my options for shipping?

When checking out, please note we offer both FedEx and USPS shipping options. Click Here to view all shipping rates.

How soon are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Allow 48 hours for order processing, and then add the number of ship days to your location. Ship days to your location are indicated when you choose a shipping option.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Items are restocked every three weeks.

What if I want to return products on my order?

What credit cards do you accept?

All of the majors.

When is my card charged?

Your credit card is charged once you finish the checkout process. If your order does not ship for any reason, your card will be credited within four business days.

Is the transaction secure?

Yes. Our shopping cart is certified as secure by Verisign.

What other forms of payment do you accept?

We also accept money orders and personal checks.

To place an order using a money order or check:

First, add items to your shopping card to verify that we have those items in stock. Once you have finished shopping, select a shipping method to calculate shipping cost. Print out a copy of your shopping cart that includes a shipping method and mail to the address below with your payment. As soon as we receive your order and payment it will be shipped.
