After touring the world with Gang Starr as a core member of the Gang Starr Foundation, Big Shug is back with this sophomore LP, a follow-up to his '05 release, Who's Hard. Big Shug has appeared on many classic Gang Starr albums, and he links back up with DJ Premier for production on a few joints on Street Champ. The majority of the boardwork is handled by renowned underground producer MoSS, who has worked with the likes of Sean Price, Ghostface Killah and Sheek Louch.
